Was told I would have to pay additional money to add aroma oil to my aromatherapy massage despite advertising saying aroma oil was included. Then was told if I paid cash I wouldn’t be charged.
I have had this kind of massage several times before with no additional charge.
Prices and services are clearly advertised yet it seems they can change according to whim.
So disappointed as I have been going here regularly.

I don't usually leave bad reviews but in this case it left me nearly crippled, and in a bad mood.
This is usually my go to local joint, but today, I was massaged by this lady I'd never seen before but since you guys generally have such great workers and have never previously had a bad experience before, I was all for getting a massage from her.
BAD IDEA! All she did the entire session was CORKY my muscles, making them even sorer than they were. Not only that, but she exclaimed that my right side was so tight but for some reason continued to PERSISTENTLY massage the LEFT side?!
