The Motel is conveniently located only minutes from the Mackay CBD and 5km from the airport, making it the perfect spot for the active business traveller. We have plenty of undercover parking available as well as outside parking for larger vehicles. This is probably the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The fridge has some brown spill in it. The shower has it too - obviously it wasn’t washed before we moved in and by the look of it I wasn’t washed for a long time. The carpet wasn’t washed since it was installed decades ago. There’s mold on the walls in the bathroom. I could care less about old furniture but can they at least clean after each guest?!!

Took me a minute to find the Marco Polo Motel since I had to drive there with my eyes closed. As I drove down the road and shouted out the window "Marco!" over and over, I eventually heard a distant answer from the manager saying "Polo!" and pulled into the parking lot.
All joking aside, this was a fine place to stay. Room was clean, location was close to downtown where I was working and all of the other hotels in this neighborhood are like double the price. Not fancy but well kept and friendly staff. Would stay here again.

It's fine. It's well maintained. It has all the basic necessities for living like shower, minute bath tub, tv, microwave, refridgerator. All appliances are in proper working conditions. It has huge parking space. If you come along with friends, it would be really cheap as it's around $100 for one room which has two queen sized beds. One room can easily accomodate 4 (5 thin) people. The towels and toiletries are also given for two. Nobody comes for cleaning during the stay but may come if extra cleaning fee is paid.

If I could give less i would. My hotel room was broken into the day I checked in. Both the window and the door was locked and the individual stole my bookbag apparently through the window.
The worst part security and management were extremely unhelpful in assisting. Stating "I don't care... and it's your fault we never had those issues here." I'd be weary of staying here if you care about your belongings and safety.

Just about the worst motel I've ever had the misfortune to visit. Cooler on the back of my car was opened/unwrapped from the tarp by someone and broken into in broad daylight at 2pm. A lot of my food was stolen in the time it took to check in! My back was to the window looking outside.
Then I find out I've been given a single bed when we paid for two (room also smelled terrible). Whatever, go outside to move my car in front of the room so I can prevent anything else being stolen, and the owner wouldn't let me. No explanation given. Very rude about it. This was my first time visiting Seattle. 🙃
