Overall I was impressed. The staff were friendly and welcoming at all times. The rooms were clean and comfortable and wifi worked well - good enough to stream TV shows. The on site restaurant was good too, loved the chicken parmy. Lisa and her team do a wonderful job here. Will stay again next time I'm in town.

As far as the actual company goes, they are amazing. Everyone, save for one employee, are friendly, knowledgeable and always ready to help. We love our property we bought from them and other than the one employee, who was not at work but still used the company name when harassing us, they are amazing!! Definitely recommend using this company!

Worst land company to go with. It started a year and a half ago. I was moving my family cross country to come here. They rushed me on the sale as they couldn't hold the property til I could see it. So I put the 600 down. Then I drove my family 23-2500 miles to come here. The land had been misrepresented and the wrong pictures were up on the site. The land pictured was next door and beautiful but sold. The land I got was damn near unusable at all. We tried to get our money back and they never did help or respond. A law enforcement officer even told us that the place these guys run are horrible.

Did not stand behind anything the sales representative told us. We are almost a year since we bought our property and still cannot get a road into it. They said when we bought it that it would be 2 weeks. Well it's been a year and we cannot get to our property. The other problem owners cannot .either. I would not recommend buying from them st all.

Glenn went out of his way to meet us on short notice, on a Saturday afternoon, and directed us to a property that we that we hadnt even been looking at. It had everything we needed and wanted!! He goes out of his way to help people find the land that suits their needs and wants. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, and passionate about his job.
We ended up paying the closing on the spot, to secure the lot as ours, and are in the process of finalizing the deal. The communication with the company has been great so far. We are SO excited to have our own little paradise!! Thanks Glenn, and Country

Glenn and Lisa are truly very nice people that care about the people they deal with. We were in a bad situation with a different land company we talked to Glenn and looked at a lot, at that time he told us the next day was his day off, I text him and told him we wanted the lot he came in on his day off and we did the paperwork and were on our new lot with country places that same day. That wasn’t the end, when we went to the office to do the paperwork the starter in our truck went out Glenn took us to the parts store then waited to make sure we got it fixed and were ok.
