Dance Sensations is one of the South Coast's best-known dance schools, having been in operation for close to 20 years. Now operating from our updated facilities in Shellharbour, we have six beautiful studios and over 700 students. We make dance fun and engaging for students, with classes which present appropriate levels of challenge for each age group.

Established in 2001, we aim to encourage a widespread love of dance, welcoming every single student who wants to get moving! Dance Sensations recreational classes are the perfect introduction to dance for students from age eighteen months and above. Our teachers focus on the performance aspect of dance, while also building solid technique and making sure every student is having a great time.

Here at Dance Sensations we pride ourselves on our DS Minis program, where we offer a range of pre school dance classes for kids. Students not only learn the basics of Dance and make new friends, they also grow in confidence and learn invaluable skills that aid in their development and progress towards school.
Here at Dance Sensations, our number one goal is to make dance a fun and enjoyable experience that all students can't wait to do each week! Our dedicated and experienced teachers ensure that their dance classes are happy and inclusive places where they can share their love of all things dance with the students every lesson.
For those looking to take their dance or cheer training to a higher level, Dance Sensations offers competition level teams in both dance and cheer. Our Dance Troupes and Competitive Cheer Teams provide students with higher level skills in their training and development and gives them the chance to compete in local and national competitions.

We are new to Dance Sensations and my daughter is having a blast! She enjoys her teachers and the friends she has made in class. I appreciated the free trial class which was useful in seeing if this was an activity that my daughter really wanted to do. I have always had a quick response to any questions that I have had. So far we are loving being a part of the Dance Sensations Team!

My two daughters love dancing with dance sensations. The teachers are fantastic and I love being able to see them on the screen. It has done wonders for my daughter's confidence, seeing her get up and dance on the stage with a huge smile was unbelievable. Definitely recommend it for people looking for a dance studio.

When you join Dance Sensations you become part of so much more than a dance school, you become part of the DS family. We love how DS caters for all genres and skill levels. From Competition Cheer to Musical Theatre to Hip Hop, there's not a style you can't try. All of this whilst being supported by the DS staff and dancers. We love DS. ❤
