At St George Vision Optometrists we aim to - Identify your visual needs and accurately advise and dispense spectacles or contact lenses that best fit your face, lifestyle, and most importantly your prescription. Our qualified and experienced Optometrists can screen for Glaucoma, Cataracts, Macular degeneration, advise on Lasik surgery as well as prescribe lenses or contacts if needed.
Vision Care - St George Vision Optometrists are contracted to VISION CARE Department. A specified range of spectacles and some contact lenses ( high powered)are supplied free for those eligible. A simple questionnaire may provide the answers to your eligibility. Seniors Discounts - At St George Vision we offer a 15% Discount to all our Senior Card holders.
They are an alternative to glasses, ideal for any sport and for people who simply don't like wearing them. Contact lenses are now designed for more comfort easy care and are more affordable. They are designed to be worn overnight when sleeping as they are made of a material that delivers high levels of oxygen to the cornea which allows the eye to breath and do not require cleaning.
There are many different types of prescription lenses. Our optometrists at St George Vision Optometrists will recommend the right type for you according to your prescription and your lifestyle. Please feel free to ask us for more information on lens options. This is a single focus lens designed either for distance or near vision Thickness and weight of these varies with the prescription.

I've been here twice for general eye checkups and getting my prescription checked. The optometrist here is really good! She's friendly and very thorough, and she really seems to know her stuff with eye health. I do find the contacts/glasses a little pricier here compared to other places, but the optometrist impressed me so much that I won't even take a star off my review for it. The admin lady is also friendly and polite, and the location is really convenient. I'd definitely recommend it.

Mary and the team have been looking after our family's vision needs for years, including my children and elderly mum. Their eye assessments are performed with courtesy, care and the highest professionalism, and, as others have said Mary has the knack of helping you find just the right frame. Highly recommended.

Mary always looks after me really well. She has a really great selection of frames but she’s very talented at helping me find a frame that was both stylish, fashionable and really suited me. The lenses that came with the frames and prescribed by Rosemary the Optometrist have also been great. I strongly recommend the practice as you get a much more personal service with a better outcome than you get from the big players. Thaks Mary

Just bought another pair or glasses and am very happy. Michelle did the exam and Mary helped me pick out the right frames. If you are not in the Kogarah area, it is worth the drive to enjoy their professionalism.
