Smart Tots Childcare Alexandra Hills is a modern, state-of-the-art childcare facility that has been purpose-built with the comfort and security of little children in mind. Smart Tots is conveniently located next to the Alexandra Hills Shops, in the beautiful Redlands Bay area of Brisbane. We have a wide range of equipment and ample age-appropriate educational resources.
A balanced environment exists for learning and play. There are plenty of spaces for active outdoor play as well as for resting. We have a state-of-the-art kitchen, and include cooking lessons into our programs, in addition to music, arts and crafts. We offer the ELLA (Early Learning Languages Australia) program and incorporate STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) as well into our normal programming.

Smart Tots Childcare is a Long Daycare Centre in Alexandra Hills, committed to providing quality care for young children. We are open every day from 6.30am to 6.30pm from Monday to Friday. We are located in the Alexandra Hills Shopping Complex, and therefore our location is convenient for families living in the surrounding suburbs in Redland Bay.
Smart Tots provides approved Long Daycare services. Our brand new centre is next to the Alexandra Hills Shops. We provide professional child care services for babies and toddlers from nursery up to kindergarten level. Our Childcare centre is open from Monday to Friday every day from 6.30am to 6.30pm, except on public holidays.
Our early education centre team have been carefully selected on account of their passion for children, their experience, professionalism and dedication to education. A common theme in feedback from parents is praise for the wonderful caring and supportive nature of our staff. Our teachers at Smart Tots are qualified professionals.
Our team of experienced & qualified educators are responsive and caring, and true professionals. You will love them! We cater for children from nursery to kindergarten. We offer a stimulating and highly supported play-based learning environment and you can monitor your child's progress through daily feedback.
I am an advocate for children and am passionate about their care and wellbeing. My vision is to make Smart Tots a "home away from home" for the children under our care and to provide a stimulating, fun-filled environment for them where they can grow and learn in security and comfort. I have over 20 years experience in childcare and love working with families.

As someone who has spent time working in the industry I have seen a lot of what can go on but I have to say that sending my children here was one of the best things I have ever done, not just for them but for myself too. What you see is exactly what you get, professionalism, encouragement and reassurance (especially for those anxious parents like myself where there have been days where I have had the staff let me know that my children are okay).
They offer such a large range of activities and programs to encourage and develop skills and are accommodating to children of all different abilities

We love being a part of the Smart Tots family. I do not say this lightly, since joining the Centre we have been made by the educators and staff to feel part of a wider community family. Everyone that works at the centre is not only dedicated to the wellbeing and safety of your child but also ensuring that can grow to be the best fullest version of… themselves. Their confidence and curiosity is encouraged in a supported atmosphere. They turn everyday things into massive learning opportunities and it 100% shows in the the development of the kids to wonderful members of the community.

We were one of the first families to go to Smart Tots when they opened back in 2016. My boy has loved attending the centre. All the staff are amazing and so caring. He has just graduated from the kindergarten room as he will be starting school in 2019. We can’t wait until our little girl is a little older and she will be attending the centre. Lee… the director is so approachable about any problem (not that we have ever had one). The centre is light and airy and clean all the time. We have had an amazing few years at the centre we are already missing everyone sooooo much 😢

I love Smart Tots! Under the new director everything has gone a lot more smoother in regards to paperwork and the management side it definitely seems a lot more organized!
