At Wynnum & Bayside Childcare Centre, we strive to provide a stimulating and nurturing environment for all the children in our care. We understand that all families have individual needs and we work consistently to provide an environment that is flexible and caters to the needs of each family. Programs within our Centre are designed to cater for the individual needs of each child.
Our programming reflects the children's abilities and aims to encourage, to extend and enhance the children's skills across each of the Five Learning outcomes as demonstrated in the Early Years Learning Framework. Our centre is fully air-conditioned, well - resourced and well maintained, with a strong team of committed, professional staff, some of which have been here for over 10 years.

Our Centre Director has been in the Childcare Industry for 21 years and our Assistant Director has been in the Childcare Industry for 11 years. Our Centre has a team of dedicated educators, across all of our age groups.
Our Nursery is licensed for children aged between 6 weeks and 2 years. We have 2 educators with a maximum of 8 children per day. We offer a safe, nurturing environment where your little ones are our first priority. Our educators work in conjunction with families to ensure each child's individual needs are being met.
All children are programmed and planned for using the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF). The Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines (QKLG) are implemented in our Kindergarten Room (Blue Room), ensuring all children in our Blue Room have access to the Kindergarten program.

Have been sending my oldest son here for years now and just started my baby. Can't speak highly enough of the lovely staff and environment. They're great at catering to individual needs, not just lumping the kids in as a whole. My oldest still stops by the rooms he was in whrn younger to give cuddles and have visits with his old teachers, he developed a great bond with each of them.

We love Wynnum Bayside and the friendly staff at the Center. We found this beautiful place when our son (who is undergoing speech therapy intervention, and assessment to determine if he is Autistic) was kicked out of family day care for being 'too hard' to manage. The environment is bright, uncluttered, and welcoming. Our little guy was accepted just for himself, and the contributions he could make. He wasn't written off as hard work. The staff in his room are outstanding. Within a week, we had a completely different child. He is happy, and while he is still experiencing developmental delays with
