For the past 10 years Jeffrey has specialised in cooking Wood-Fired Pizzas with pizazz and has trained his team to ensure that every event consistently receives the same great service and delicious gourmet pizzas.
At Briz Wood Fired Pizza, we joyfully provide quality wood fired pizza catering to all areas between Gold Coast, Gatton, Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast. Our delicious pizzas are cooked fresh and onsite, in our mobile wood fire pizza ovens, therefore creating a convenient mobile catering solution for your event, party or wedding.
Whether you're planning a pizza party, rehearsal dinner, birthday celebration, or corporate event, Briz Woodfired Pizza's Pizza Catering Brisbane is the perfect way to create a fun and unique experience for your guests. We're passionate about pizza and people, love what we do, and we do it very well.
For those occasions where you may be offering several cuisine options for your guests we also offer a per pizza price of $15. A minimum order of 70 pizzas is required. We will come to your event/party from the Sunshine Coast, to Brisbane, The Gold Coast to Gatton and everywhere in between. The sooner the better!

Briz Woodfired Pizza catered for our son's recent 21st birthday party for 50 people. They were brilliant to deal with from the very start, pumped out fabulous pizzas all night and added a great atmosphere to the party. Everybody loved them and were very complimentary. I enjoyed the food from Briz woodfired Pizza whilst they were at Shaw park football fields. The service was excellent from the two gentleman. The pizza itself was extremely quick and magnificently tasty. I would strongly recommend this food van for catering because of the service, speed and taste this company brings when delivering food.
