Jeff Biggs was a member and partner of the CBD firm Smith & Fitzgerald that established the first legal practice in Aspley.
Jeff continued to operate in partnership with John Fitzgerald as Biggs & Fitzgerald until Steven Pike joined the firm as a partner in 2001. Services
Steven was admitted to practice as a Solicitor in the Queensland Supreme Court in 1998 and in the High Court of Australia in 1999. After a 20 year career as a chef Steven return to tertiary study gaining a Bachelor of Laws from Queensland University of Technology in 1997 and a Bachelor of Arts from Griffith University in 1998.
Andrew Goodman was admitted as a solicitor in 1983, and has practised in various jurisdictions since then. Currently Andrew practises in general wills and estates matters including estate litigation where required. He also acts on behalf of persons wishing to enter into independent living in retirement villages.
Helen was admitted to practice as a Solicitor in the Supreme Court of Queensland in 1998 after completing a Bachelor of Arts/Law (Hons) at University of Queensland. Helen joined the firm when it was known as Biggs & Fitzgerald as an Articled Clerk and has practised her entire career in the Family Law jurisdiction with our firm.
