To sell a property you must provide a prospective purchaser with a Section 32 or Vendor's Statement. This document is a disclosure statement and provides the purchaser with information regarding the property. You should arrange the preparation of the Section 32 Statement, prior to the property being placed on the market.
We will peruse the Contract for you, before you sign, to ensure that the document is in order and advise you of the conditions that should be included to best protect your interests. We will carry out your transaction with our knowledge and expertise and make the relevant enquiries to ensure that the property is in order.
