Worst dress purchase I have ever made! A black V neck unstructured dress with elbow-length sleeves which are sewn to the dress body. So when you lift your arms at all ( push a shopping trolley e.g.) the entire dress lifts up & reveals your nickers! Cost more than $320
Not happy!! why do that?? Are there some people who don't need to use their arms? Why did I not notice it in the change room?!

Don't support a company that doesn't give a toss about their customers. Yes, their clothes and leathergoods may be beautiful but they treat their customers shockingly. After years of being a loyal customer I tried to return a pair of shoes. It was the FIRST time I returned something. Yes, it took me 5 weeks to return them because I have a young baby with a disability and my husband has been unwell since heart surgery 9 weeks ago. However they said I took too long to return them so won't even give me a credit note. Furthermore they said if I'd called them to let them know they
