The current owner/manager Joye has owned the motel for several years now but recently decided to take over management of the premises.

Recently, we have been undergoing refurbishments to our rooms and facilities to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. Nambour Central Motel's rooms have been undergoing a refurbishment over the past six months that has seen all of the rooms fitted out with new split way air-conditioners, beds and some with new bathrooms as well.
The Nambour Central Motel has two family rooms available that each contain a queen bed and two singles. We also provide a breakfast service starting from $8/day per person (find out more here), and while the rooms are strictly no smoking, we have a designated out door smoking area on the premises that includes tables and chairs.
Our twin share bedrooms are ideal for groups of 2 to 4 looking for cheap Sunshine Coast accommodation. There are six twin share rooms available at Nambour Central Motel, all containing a queen sized bed and a single bed. Rates start at $120/night for three guests and $140 for four guests. Our Queen Rooms are the most convenient accommodation option for business travellers and couples visiting the Sunshine Coast. All of our Queen rooms have been recently updated to include new beds and bedding as well as new air conditioning units. There are four Queen rooms available at Nambour Central Motel and rates start at $110/night.
Nambour Central Motel is located in the heart of Nambour and is conveniently close shops, restaurants, beaches and other local attractions. Nambour is a great destination for anyone who is visiting the Sunshine Coast for either business or leisure - it is a short drive from coastal destinations such as Maroochydore and Mooloolaba, and is ideally located for day trips to Montville and Mapleton.

Didn't impress at all.
Nice enough but SO OVERPRICED for an old 1970s Motel in Nambour really!
Very basic and not value for money at all.
Would definitely suggest to the proprietor that they consider lowering their tariff quite considerably as they would probably get more business by charging a "budget" price for what is most definitely a "budget" motel and may even find they have more occupancy, on a peak Saturday night, than the less than half we witnessed there.

I really like this Motel. A great find for me. My hosts are great people and run a lovely motel with a ‘light touch’ and not officiously, like some places.
My room is spacious and nothing like my previous Townsville ‘rabbit hutch’ place.
It is very clean with lovely cotton sheets on a comfortable bed. Nice towels and lashings of hot water, used sparingly of course.
Very convenient location for ‘ Nambour Central’ and rail/bus services; good parking too.
Recommended.
