If you were meeting me now, I would not start off by talking about myself, so writing a little "about me" page goes a little against the grain from the beginning. I do believe however, that when selecting a photographer, personality is everything! My biggest job, even more than clicking my shutter, is to make you feel comfortable, at ease and to give you a fun experience.
We can't thank you enough for our gorgeous proposal photos. They captured the moment perfectly and allowed our family and friends to be a part of it all, even from afar! We recently hired Melanie to take branding photos for our handyman business All Sorts Of Jobs on the Sunshine Coast. Melanie was available relatively quickly, and she made us feel at ease during the shoot. She constantly had her eye out for the best lighting, angles, props, foregrounds and backgrounds. She even had the foresight and attention to detail to arrange the shot to avoid reflection in the subject's glasses. We organised a family photo shoot recently whilst my family were visiting from Scotland. Mel was amazing from booking right the way through to receiving and downloading the images. She made the shoot super fun and relaxed and was fab with the kids. What can I say about the pictures? My entire family were blown away with how well they turned out that we had to have the entire collection it was just too difficult to choose!!! At short notice and a small window in between her two scheduled mini holidays at the beginning of 2019, Melanie agreed to take our family portraits at one of the lovely beaches in Noosa. Our daughter,… son-in-law and our new little grandson were coming from New York for one month over Christmas and New Year. It would be the first time all our children would be together with our three little grand children. It was the perfect time to update our family photos and capture the essence of the beach in one go. We recently had photos done with Mel for a new product launch and we can’t recommend her enough. Not only did she fit us in with very little notice we were all organised to go within 24 hours. Mel made myself and my family feel completely at ease and was absolute amazing with my baby & toddler. For someone who usually looks awkward in photos she… made us look so effortlessly natural. She gave amazing direction when we needed and just has the perfect eye for lighting! I only wish we had her for our wedding!! Highly recommend Mel - her work is amazing!!

Our family arranged for Melanie to attend our 50th Wedding Anniversary Luncheon Cruise celebrations recently as a surprise gift for my husband and I. Nothing was too much trouble and Melanie went to great lengths to ensure we had photographs of everyone present. Melanie was also outstanding with our young grandchildren and we are over the moon with the many stunning candid shots of our guests. Mel is one of the most amazing photographer's you will ever meet, She has been taking our family photos for the past 5 years including newborn photos of our 3 children. I only wish I new Mel 14 years ago when we got married. Mel is fantastic with children and makes the session fun the children love seeing her and think that they are models.
