If I could give less stars I would. Sally is extremely rude. No mention of a "non-refundable" deposit, yet the minute you're not happy, and your timeline isn't going to be met they're very quick to inform you of this. Each edit takes on average of 24 hours to get back to you. Emails are never responded to unless you complain, and I did the full design myself in 2 hours start to finish. Thought I was doing the right thing to support a local company. I've never been so furious and disappointed before in my life.
