We have recently finished up our new build with Landmark and from the initial design through to completion we have had the best experience.
Nothing has ever been too much trouble and the whole team has been open to what we wanted to see in our new house.
We found the cost to be competitive, the standard inclusions to be excellent.
We had such an easy colour selection session with Marnie and could not speak more highly of Nick - he has kept us up to date every step of the way, always happy to take our calls and discuss anything we needed to.
Could not recommend Landmark more!

They helped us achieved our Custom built dream home. From selections meeting with Marnie to the different stages of the built, it was so easy. Nick Murphy is very helpful and quick to answer with every inquiry that we make throughout the building stage even after. He is just an email away.
It only took 4 months for our house to be finished. We highly recommend Landmark Building and Developments.

We have just built our first home with Landmark and we couldn't be happier! The whole team was excellent to deal with, they were so flexible with the design meaning we could create our dream home, and standard inclusions were great compared to other builders.
