When we get to see a house fully furnished once they've moved in, we get to go back and go man this is really a home now. It's not just a house that has been constructed. You're actually living here, building a family and creating that space. That's the kicker, that's the icing on the cake you get from doing it.
Taking all of our clients ideas, feedback and to make sure we deliver your dream, for you and your family. Bullfrog Constructions is an independent building company, to some this can make them think we will be more expensive than others in the same industry but this is incorrect. We can help plan your dream home and get it done from start to finish within a set budget.
We want our clients to feel like we've got open ams to them, so we'd love for them to give us a call, if they got any more queries or questions that may come up or they just wanted to have a chat with the owner of the business, give me a call and we'll help you out. We go to a lot of effort to establish exactly what our clients need and want, enabling us to deliver a fixed process contract.
When a client initially comes to us and they are ready to start the process and go through the development, first and foremost, we will visit the site. We will assess all of the aspects of the current home and the surroundings to ascertain whether it is viable to be able to move forward. We then conduct a feasibility for the client and provide them with a cost assessment, and a breakdown of the costs involved in the process.

Nathan and the Bullfrog Construction Team built our first family home. The personal service and design process exceeded our expectations and we feel so lucky to be living in such a beautiful new home which was once a vision and now a reality.
We appreciated all of their advice from the very start through to the end and feel being able to talk to Nathan directly was our biggest advantage to building with a smaller builder over a commercial builder where we would have just been another house. Where do I start?....incredibly poor turnaround times, 8 months!!!!! to deliver a basic (embarrassingly so) final costing, hid many costs in provional sum amounts (very sneaky), had to continually chase deadlines, completely screwed up our specifications list....a bad experience to say the least...totally out of their depth with our build requirements... in the end, we went elsewhere.
