There are five questions you can ask a builder to see if they are experienced in the build you require, are qualified to do the job, have no disputes against them, can provide viewing of previous work and are able to give firm start and completion dates. When building a house, it's vital that the following three areas are considered together as they all affect each other.
This stunning transformation at the rear of a character home achieved a seamless transition between the old and the new. A modern, stylish and functional kitchen was created and energy efficiency was maximised through passive solar design. We overcame the challenges of a sloping block to create an entertainer's dream backyard.
This on-trend complex consists of 7 apartments in two seperate buildings, constructed on a sloping block in Innaloo, Perth. The street view reveals the facades of four of the modern and attractive apartments, ensuring the size of the complex is not immediately apparent.
Continuing with the clever design of the block, a total of seven apartments were accommodated on a site that would normally only fit six, yet it still retains a sense of uncluttered space.A combination of face brick and acrylic texture coat finish to was used on external walls. Materials used include concrete slabs, brick for the walls and metal for the roofing.

It's been a pleasure to have Nick and Sol Construction renovate our home. We added a second storey (Parents retreat, master bedroom, ensuite and WIR) during the building and renovation boom in the first half of 2021.

My daughter (Jessica) had the pleasure of having Nick Del Borello from Sol Construction build my new home, and I cannot recommend him enough. Thanks to him, the entire building process was a smooth and enjoyable experience with the end result not being just a house, but a place I can call my home.
