Future Designs' renovation builders are highly skilled in the design and construction of second storey home extensions. Very disappointing experience, poor communication, no commitment to timeframe, (quoted 5 months at 10 months I asked that he be gone by month end as we did not want him there any longer) poor workmanship by some trades with very poor resolution , badly managed material deliveries and site meetings with trades i.e. Trades waiting around for the builder regularly. Re-work by all trades due to poor / no supervision, or incorrect materials supplied.
I could not recommend Luke for any building works.

I am a tradesman that has worked on numerous jobs that Luke has built and what I like about him most is his attention to detail and high level of quality which is hard to find in most builders nowadays. Luke's trades are all exceptional not only specializing in new builds but also experts in renovations and maintaining a extremely high level of quality on all builds. Due to this high level of quality and exceptional group of tradesmen I have recently chosen to renovate my house with Luke Fisher from Future Designs.

Future Design worked around an old federation home and a busy working family to add beautiful living spaces and then renovated the whole of the exterior of the house. We're delighted with the final result, some of the photos on the website are of our home ..............
