I loved having a platinum blonde Wella hair treatment at Sam Rifici Hair Care.
The staff were lovely as soon as I walked in the salon and they made sure I felt comfortable and happy! I have very fine hair but there's a lot of it and hairdresser did an amazing job selecting the right products for my hair type. My stylist used the new ghd Oracle on my hair too!
They have heaps of professional salon products available in the store, perfect for stocking up on all of the good stuff. Loved my experience here and I will be booking in again for a refresh!

Unsatisfactory customer service and cut corners cutting hair.
Did not shape and thin out hair as requested, just trimmed ends.
I had to ask them to cut my fringe because they forgot.
When finished they whipped off cloak and said go to counter to pay. My hair was still wrt, unstyled and my face and clothes were covered in little bits of hair. Then I had the privilege of paying $100+
Disappointed because the previous haircut I had here was fantastic.
My business is going elsewhere.

I was tasked with walking up and down the shopping centre until my girlfriend and her mother were finished. I passed at regular intervals and glanced in on them: wet hair, slightly shorter hair, slightly shorter hair still, hair being coloured...
