At Premier Homes, we understand how daunting it can be to take on a new building project. That is why we do all of the hard work for you. From obtaining the necessary paperwork and drafting plans, to liaising with the Council, our qualified and experienced staff take care of it all on your behalf. Our process is designed to take the stress out of building.
Once an Offer to Purchase has been placed, a new file will be created and the final Site Inspection will be conducted. A full set of plans will be drawn up and we will be ready to proceed with the next stage. The file and plans will be referred to our Administration team for assessment. All required documents (soil report, bushfire rating, 6 star rating and connections quote) will be gathered.

We engaged Premier Homes in April 2020 to take over our existing build after the original builder entered voluntary liquidation that January, and we couldn’t be happier with the results.
The original builder’s liquidation occurred with apparently 8 weeks left of construction. Over the next few months we spent countless hours tracking and tracing the trades who had our benchtops, our cabinets, etc, some of whom were eager to deliver the goods and gave us the invoices. What a great, professional company, who were a pleasure to deal with.
Every time I visited their display village, there was always a new project underway, and was always made to feel right at home by all the lovely staff! The finished product well exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend them to anyone thinking of building a home or granny flat!

Today we received the keys to mum's new residence. We have been delighted with our experience with Premier. They have been so helpful throughout the preparation, planning, building and handover stages. They spent nearly 2 full days with us, answering all our questions, quoting on additional things we wanted to add etc. We paid a small fee, maybe $100 so they could do all these soil testing and other prep work. All their staff - builders, supervisors, every trade, assistant and the cleaners have been such lovely people and a pleasure to have on our property. Everyone complains about buildings taking

Recently I called in to ask for a quote to move a granny flat advertised in gumtree. Kerry Randall was the person given the job. She was very thorough and professional. It was quite involved and she did all the research. I was very impressed because she was also quick at supplying the quote. Unfortunately the council regulations that she discovered + the cost of moving the wattle glen demountable = too expensive ! I would like to thank her for the work. 👏 If we find something else to move I will certainly be calling on Kerry again for a quote. Many thanks Kerry 💐

Premiere homes have just finished a granny flat for mum and she couldn't be happier. We found Premiere to be very professional, all staff were lovely, tradies were excellent and respectful.
Premiere project managed the whole build, designed a custom-fit building and incorporated everything that mum wanted. The build ran to timelines and was completed 2-weeks ahead of schedule. Overall, we were very happy with our experience and the finished product.

After speaking with Kerry Randall. My partner and I went to view this display ‘village’ to view a display she mentioned on Thursday the 25th.
The condition of the display was very poor (horribly stained carpets, chipping paint etc) so it was difficult to ever envision building with Premier Homes. The build itself was very low quality (Caravan park look alike) in comparison to the many other display homes we’ve viewed which were beautiful. To make matters worse, there homes aren’t even cheap to match up with the quality.
Unfortunately the service we received turned us off more then anything
