Country Lane Homes design and build character style homes to perfectly suit any Australian area. We've been building custom homes in Victoria since 1994 and we pride ourselves on producing high quality homes in suburban, coastal and rural areas. We offer a range of country cottages and custom homes designs.
Our designs include: The Provincial, a rustic style country home often found in the south of France, and The Australian Cottage, which is a blend of Federation Australia and a Californian bungalow. We also have the Coach House, a loft style country home which has a sense of old world charm mixed with a contemporary functional floor plan, as well as The Blairgowrie, a contemporary style home that perfectly suits any bush, seaside or city setting.

This project in Mirboo North was designed using the Blairgowrie blueprint. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and features an open plan living and dining area. It was built with Colorbond and Weathertex cladding and features 2 car spaces under the main bedroom. The owner wanted a modern house with all the living areas on the top floor to capture the town and mountain views of their quaint Gippsland town.
This project in Mooroolbark was a Provincial home with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Built with brick and Baltic pine weatherboards, this stunning home features an open plan living and kitchen area. It also has a formal lounge and dining area at the front of the house with feature box bay windows. This house has 2 outdoor living areas with sliding doors leading from one side of the living area to an endless swim spa and lounge area.
This project in Doncaster East was designed to make a statement. Their block was part of a brand new subdivision that already had a few lovely houses, so this house had to fit in. We have made such a statement, that the street looks like the driveway to their house. With 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, this Provincial style home was created with stone cladding and Baltic pine weatherboards.

They designed our home and were meant to build to lock up. This was 2004-2005. They laid a slab without plumbing and then locked us out of our building site and refused to do any further work until we paid for a new slab ($12000 at the time) again. We continued with them to try to get to lock up employing an architect to help supervise but gave up on his advice because they were completely unable to finish the work in the contract. We should have gone to court and we had all the documentation but the process was so exhausting, we decided to let our losses go. Never again! Buyer Beware if it’s
