Medicare Report

Medicare now covers up to $1000 over a 2 year period for dental care under the Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS). This can be used for checkups, scale and clean, fluoride, fillings, extractions, x-rays and other treatments as listed under the Medicare schedule.

At new Smile Dental, we bulk bill, which means by using your medicare card, we can send a claim electronically on the spot directly to Medicare so that there are no out of pocket expenses for parents.Please call us on (02) 4284-5476 to make an appointment for your child. Bulk billed items refer to conditions that are covered by Medicare and its qualifying criteria.

Faq Report

On your first visit, we will perform a thorough exam, x-rays (if required) and consult with you any concerns or questions you have in regards to your oral health and formulate a treatment plan that best suits you and discuss the various treatment options which are available. It can be very distressing to be suffering from a toothache or any other pain originating from your mouth and surrounding structures.

Dr Patrick is the kindest, most gentle dentist I have ever encountered. Since switching to him, I am now no longer afraid of dentist visits. He is attentive and informative, as well as very efficient - I never have to wait because he is always on time. Definitely recommend, especially for those who are nervous about going to the dentist.

Have to say I've been to many dentists in my life, but Dr Patrick Cho is by far and away the best! He is always running on time, I literally walk in the door and he takes me straight into the room. Also he is very efficient and calming, he's always made me feel very comfortable and relaxed (especially when needing a filling). Seriously do yourself a favour and change dentists if you're not already seeing him!

Can not praise this dentist enough! They are always very friendly, understanding and extremely professional! I was never a fan of dentist, but find myself getting excited to return.
They are very gentle, affordable and they talk you through what is being done, in my case they even let me know when it was going to be unpleasant!..
Proud to say they have cured my fear, have never felt more looked after, would highly recommend to anyone who will listen!
