The MWTC team is second to none. Their professionalism, responsiveness and personal customer care is what sets them apart. Also, they know their stuff! I have used Scott and the team for many holidays including Africa and the Northern Territory in Australia and each time their recommendations and itineraries have been on point. Most recently I was on a trip affected by a COVID-19 lockdown and Scott worked around the clock (very late nights and early mornings) to rearrange our flights and accommodation and get us home safely. It's the first time I have used a Travel Agent to book a holiday in a long time, but Scott and Rachel are no ordinary travel agents. From my first brief to them about what we wanted, to the comprehensive travel app they provide and then personally calling us to ensure we had received information about the lockdown and not to worry, it didn't affect us. We had a fabulous trip to FNQ; it was so relaxing not having to be concerned about travel arrangements throughout our travels.

We just got back from an epic family Ski trip to Smiggins/Perisher! Scott, Rachel and Sarah were a class above the rest when it came to booking our holiday. With border closures looming, and lockdown restrictions in many states our trip wasn’t looking very positive but the communication we received from them was next level and we managed to get there and back with ease. Wow! These guys are just the best! .pre covid I used these guys to navigate all our travel needs in India and it was exceptional and ,everything was like clockwork So when we needed to book our daughters flights frommothersidebof the world During COVID we know we needed pros to cover all the fine details and deal with cancelled flights etc we chose these guys. They have gone above and beyond what normal travel agents and their systems are awesome and we knew they would be on call wto help us at any time so I have 100% faith recommending them during these uncertain travel times

Scott at My World Travel Concierge managed to accomplish what most travel agents in 2020 were unable to: successfully managing our flights to move back from the USA to Australia (to Brisbane). Scott went above and beyond to find flight options for my family, and worked behind the scenes for weeks with his contacts at various airlines and in different countries to ensure we had the latest information about flight caps and airline changes. The information in the AXUS app that they use was fantastic, always up to date, and was so helpful in managing our booking details. Scott provided exemplary service

We discovered that MWTC quickly identified with the style of accommodation we needed and aligned this with our budget. Scott and Rachael understand what traveling with a family requires and select the perfect itinerary for us. After organising a 5 week holiday we didn't discover any issues, and having their app was AMAZING for when you quickly needed any information. I would highly recommend both of them and would definitely be using them again.

I would like to do a massive shout out and thankyou to Scott and Rachel for their help with my recent North Queensland Adventure holiday. They designed the most amazing itinerary with incredible attention to detail - and the App (no travel documents required!!) Scott and Rachel organized everything for us, down to the finest detail. We booked lots of things at the last minute and they still sourced everything we needed, at prices far better than we could get ourselves. Their app contained our itinerary and all vouchers which made traveling so easy and almost paperless. We’ll never use another travel agent since experiencing the service from My World Travel Concierge.

We saw a deal for cheap flights to London advertised with My World Travel Concierge. We were delighted to find that this deal that sounded too good to be true was actually a dream come true for our family. In no time at all Scott had booked our tickets, given us advice on buying Pounds Sterling, sorted our travel insurance and had even allocated our seats on the plane so that we don't have anyone sitting next to us. We are looking forward to working with Scott & Rachel to plan an amazing holiday for our 3 boys and they are happy to give advice for travelling on a budget.
