FCMC works on an appointment basis. Please contact the practice to make an appointment or book your appointment online. Walk-in patients are welcome however patients with appointments are treated with priority. The practice do standard 10-15 minute appointments. Some services like pap smears, health assessments, skin checks, or if you have a number of complex concerns to discuss with your GP, you may need to book a longer appointments.
Telephone consultations will not be carried out and patients are encouraged to make an appointment with the receptionist or book an appointment online to discuss their results. This will depends on the availability of the doctor. If the doctor is available, you will have an appointment, if the doctor is not available, we can offer you to see our other doctor or alternatively you can book an appointment for the next day.

Our practice provides a broad range of medical services to families and individuals in the South West Sydney region. If it is an emergency, please dial 000 for an ambulance or proceed to your nearest Emergency Department. Medical consultations and Medical reports concerning established Workers Compensation and Third Party claims will be charged in accordance with the AMA Fee List.
Dr Sivaguru is our senior female GP with over 25 years experience. Dr Sivaguru's areas of interest include General Medicine, Women's Health, Children's Health and Sports Medicine. Additional languages spoken: Tamil. Dr Sivaguru consults Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and Saturday. Dr Nadia enjoys all areas of medicine and has a keen interest in Dermatology, Women's Health and Paediatrics.

Pathetic medical practice with no botheration about already booked appointments.
I had already booked my specialist appointment for 11JAN2022 09:40AM 4 months back already.
Today morning someone from the medical center reception called in just now and started telling that Dr Irfan Aziz is not working on 11Jan and someone from the medical practice made a serious human error and did not pay attention in booking the appointment.
the lady told that I would need to wait a further of 20 days and the next appointment will be on 1Feb2022 and the only spot available is at 9AM or 09:20AM
I told her that

I have nothing bad to say really about this practice, yes sometimes the receptionist don't have the best manners but today I had a very bad experience while getting my covid vaccine.
Gabrielle Gauzon is the woman that applied my vaccine. Hope not to have any further contact with her. She's the most incompetent health professional that I have encountered. She needs to find another job where she has no contact with people.

Great medical centre with very good doctors. I find it really useful that I am able to schedule appointments via the app for myself and my family. Wait times I find are very reasonable when appointments have been made. Dr Krantz and Dr Hugo are highly recommended. Excellent, professional and thorough.

Do not take your children to Dr mei ho if you want a proper dianoise she is does not help or relate to a parents pain of dealing with a hyperactive child or help or relate to myself n my child if your seeking help with a child with special needs its not her she told me to find another peditricanwhich was the only thing she did to help me n my child

I was a patient of Dr Ton Lee for over 30 years. Over those years he made a lot of mistakes. For example, giving me penicillin which I'm allergic to. I ended up in hospital. Telling me I was stressed when I actually had a huge stomach ulcer. Ordered an xray on my shoulder when I told him my elbow was hurting. I ended up having tennis elbow which another doctor in his surgery diagnosed after another scan. Refusing to let me slowly wean off antidepressants I had been on since the birth of my children. Told me to wait until my father died! So I weaned myself off them. Thinking he knew me and my body

Wait time averaging an hour per visit. Wanted to speak to the doctor about 2 seperate issues however was asked to book another appointment for the second issue given the amount of people waiting (midday appointment).
If I am forced to wait an hour after my my booking time then I would have expected my time to be respected inside the doctor's office.
The only benefit is the check-in machine for repeat patients...but benefit is marginal at best given I have to wait a long time to see the doctor.
Additional Note: doctor doesn't turn up on time for her first appointment of the day. Have been waiting

My 5 star review is based on my visit with Dr Jacqueline Krantz. I have been looking for a new family doctor for a couple of years since I had my son. She is professional, polite, articulate and goes beyond expectations. Her fields of expertise is childrens health, womens health and chronic illnesses. The centre as a whole is also wonderful, clean and organised with a nurse and testing facilites available. Highly recommend.

I've been going to this centre for ages. I love the professionalism of the reception staff and the doctors. I usually see Dr. Nicole Clancy who is really compassionate and professional. She goes out of her way to assist and put her patient's mind at ease. Even though I have moved out of the area, I continue to go here because of the outstanding service. Waiting times can sometimes be long, but for quality service, it doesn't bother me much. I also love how you can book an appointment on an app. So convenient.
