Giselle Rodrigues is a Dietitian with wide experience working in a clinical and community setting providing services to patients with diabetes, renal implications, liver implications, gastrointestinal issues, gastroesophageal reflux disease, food allergies and intolerances, polycystic ovarian syndrome, cancer cachexia, anorexia, poor appetite, malnutrition, obesity and weight loss, heart implications, hypercholesterolemia, hypertension, respiratory issues and paediatrics as well as many other clinical areas.

In these current times with the added pressure of COVID19 to deal with on top of the usual workload that they manage, they are doing a great job. Best experience ever!
We took the first 3 months initial consultation during my wife's pregnancy with Dr. Immadi from Westmead Doctors. The experience was great, Tele appointments were great too with her. They listened to us without rushing and suggested best options, prescriptions would arrive on mobile almost immediately. I would strongly recommend availing their service.

Today my wife and kids had a 1.30pm appointment . They were there on time for the appointment and was lining up in front of the receptionist. Upon waiting in line there was already a customer in front of her at the receptionist . When it was my wife turn the Indian receptionist lady advise her she was late for her 1.30pm appointment for my child. She checked the time and it was only 1.32pm. The Indian lady unprofessional told her to book again or wait 45mins. When she asked for a supervisor to speak to she advise my wife she is the supervisor . This is such a unprofessional behaviour in a health

This place is an absolute joke. My mother a disabled woman had appointment booked a month in advance. She got there on wednesday and they made her wait for 3 hours before the saw her. The reception actually had the audacity to argue and blame my mother and her carer. The doctor made it extremely difficult to see my mother and made her jump over obstacles just to be seen. Staff are a joke. Do not go here. Very disrespectful place, do not care about your time, or about you as a person. Please discipline and re train your staff and your doctors

Westmead doctors is an excellent Medical Centre. All the doctors are very nice. We have been visiting this centre from last one year and seeing doctor Imadi. She is one the best in town, I would say. She understands our concerns and gives very accurate medical advice. We are very happy about our experience with Dr. Imadi and Westmead doctors.

We had our second COVID-19 vaccination at this clinic. The entire process went really smooth with the great service provided by the staffs.
We were greeted from a lovely lady, Rubal, who helped us do our paperwork and her helpful nature was really amazing. Keep up your great work!!

I have just had my second vaccine with Astra Zeneca and just wanted to let everyone know what great service I received from Westmead Doctors surgery. I wish to congratulate the Reception staff Rubal, Surbhi and Kanika for extending to me a very warm welcome and for arranging an appointment for me on the spot despite their busy schedule.
