My name is Kelly Rackstraw and I am the Licensee and Business Owner at Oceanfront Conveyancing. I have 20 years experience in the settlement industry and have been operating Oceanfront Conveyancing since 2005. My husband is a well respected Submariner for the Australian Navy and we have excitable twin daughters Emily and Jade.

We had signed up with another settlement agent who was driving us mad, he had sent us into the post office for the 3rd time with the wrong paperwork. We bumped into Kelly and she explained the right paperwork we needed. We decided to cancel our settlement agent and move it to Oceanfront. Kelly achieved all the paperwork in 2 days what the other agent couldn't do In 2 weeks! Very very happy. We have a construction business and will be forwarding all of our clients to Oceanfront.
