Is there a mortgage registered over the property you are selling? If there is we recommend you contact your bank as soon as you have accepted an offer on your property if not before. Some financial institutions can take between 10-30 days to prepare for settlement. If you don't have a mortgage registered over your property do you need to provide your hardcopy Certificate of Title to your settlement agent for settlement?
