Sandra and her team are very knowledgeable about all things cars, they make the effort to educate and explain the procedures that need to be performed and advise when things are urgent or not. I've been a long term customer and never had any cause for complaint. I had Carrington St Auto repair put 4 new disc brakes on my turbo forester, as well as service it. Sharon told me the brakes would need to settle in, but when the car handbrake started slipping, they were happy to have it right back.
Then driving home up the freeway there was a terrible smell from the rear brakes which panicked me. Again, Sharon patiently reminded me about the brakes needing 1500kms to settle,
but to put my mind at rest, sent their mechanic Dylan 40kms to my hills home, to check the brakes and test drive it and leave me the courtesy vehicle if necessary.

We could not recommend these guys enough. They went above and beyond for us. We had just had a bad experience with a previous mechanic who hadn’t fixed an oil leak correctly. Craig took the time to tell us the facts and explained everything thoroughly and answered all of our many questions. Sandra was extremely helpful and squeezed us in at the… last minute and gave us loads of advice regarding other aspects of our trip and van (as we are backpackers from the U.K). Had 2 cars serviced this week and our final bill came in at almost double the quoted price for the first car and three times the quoted price for the second car. Very disappointed when my husband queried it he was told that the quote given was only for part of the job. We would expect a call to advise if there would be an increased cost for the job or you need to be more honest with your quoting. Will not be back.

Great clean workshop with exceptional customer service, looks after all my vehicles now from private to business cars, very reasonably priced for good quality parts, great communication and will get authorisation on most work needed. I would highly recommend this workshop to anyone who is looking for honesty, reliability and experience. We have afew cars in our family from old to near new. The owner and staff fixed our vehicle that went to 3 other workshops that robbed our money but didn't fix our issue. Our new car is under manufacturers warranty and not only did they service and stampef my log book but found an issue with a recall and alerted me on a safety issue and guided me in the right direction. YES I would highly recommend this workshop

I took my car in there to have the steering rack boots replaced, as they had split. They told me that I need to replace the entire steering rack, the power steering pump and a high pressure hose! They then proceeded to quote me exorbitant prices for the replacement parts for a total of $1,600, and then told me that my car was unsafe to drive.
I took my car to another mechanic, who told me that none of that was necessary at all. He then changed my steering rack boots and did a wheel alignment for less than Carrington Street Auto quoted for that job.
Bottom line - rip off merchants who completely
