We deliver well-researched assessment and therapies in a tailored manner that meets the needs of the individual child and family. We are reputed for the highest quality of work and we are committed to maintaining this standard always. You will need to ring and speak to one of our intake officers who has been trained to conduct an intake that focuses on the match between your child/adolescent and one of our clinicians.
If you think telling your child Fido, Fluffy or Feathers has "gone to live on a farm" is a good strategy when the family pet dies, think again. You're likely missing an opportunity to help them grieve and learn about death, no matter their age, according to the experts. Do you repeatedly go over stuff that's already happened, agonise over the future and obsessively go over scenarios of what could happen?

We took our daughter to the clinic for assistance with anxiety and associated issues last year. The first consultation, taking 1.5 hours, seemed promising given it covered all background and context to my daughter's issues. However, upon the second appointment, the psychologist chatted to us affably, then suggested all seemed well, despite my daughter having a meltdown in the foyer during most of the visit. The key point being no constructive assistance or advice was provided to us AT ALL.
