I'm an experienced clinical psychologist and family therapist. I provide assessment and evidence-based treatment for eating disorders and issues associated with body image.
I offer a range of psychological therapies for individuals, couples and families, including schema therapy. Schema Therapy is an integrative model, developed by Dr Jeffrey Young, drawing on cognitive, behavioural, psychodynamic, attachment and gestalt models. Schema Therapy helps clients to meet their core emotional needs.
We all have ups and downs in life and mostly, people can deal with these ebbs and flows as they occur. However, sometimes difficulties can be overwhelming and, sometimes, overbearing. It can be hard to make sense of problems and even more difficult to find ways to lessen the impact on your life or to move on.
The Australian Psychological Association recommended rate for Clinical Psychology in 2021 - 2022 is $267 for a 50-minute psychology session with the initial assessment fee of $377 for an 80-minute session. Our Belrose Psychology Now rooms are located in Belrose Medical Centre at Glenrose Shopping Centre. The medical centre is located within the shopping centre, next door to Aldi. If you are a little early, Michel's cafe is right outside. If you drive, Glenrose Shopping Village is about 20 minutes from Chatswood and 15 minutes from Dee Why.

Prue Wright has seen me and my daughter. Her counselling skill is okay. But she is extremely inconsiderate about people's circumstances. She charged the full fee as cancellation, where my daughter has forgotten her online appointment. She is only 12 years old !! I was outside and was unable to contact my daughter to remind her for appointment. If it was myself, its understandable. But she did not had the level of compassion for young child. I would steer clear of such woman, who doesn't has any compassion, only runs business for her earnings. The profession she belongs to, should have some compassion
