I took my computer which had a noisy fan in to the Mandurah branch. They replaced the graphics card and ever since that card was replaced the computer would either freeze or crash unexpectedly. Even when running simple things like Microsoft Word or Google Chrome. I took it back about 3 different times for them to tell me that nothing was wrong with it when they ran their testing in office. Bring it home, and what do you know. Within a few minutes it crashes again.

My PC blue screened on me last week and I took it to Whitcroft IT. I was very satisfied with the amount of help they gave me and they were explaining ways to prevent the issue from occurring again. The problem was with my faulty hard drive so they replaced it at a affordable price. Honestly a lot better than any other repair store I have been to. I had it back after 2 days too!!

Think I got caught with the apprentice. Really poor customer service. In the end the after 5 days in the shop was I couldn't wait any more and went and picked up my laptop and took it to a competitor who was so much easier and cheaper to deal with. In fairness it was only 3 and a half business days but hey. Will not be going there again.

Dell laptop refused to start up. Went to Whitcroft on the recommendation of my friend Harry Manderson. Very pleased with the prompt service and pricing. Have since recommended Whitcroft to my cousin Brian Bird who is similarly pleased with the work undertaken and pricing. Whitcroft will be my first port of call if I have any IT issues.

Just want to say a big thanks to Brad and the team at Whitcroft I.T. I bought my last asus laptop 6 years ago and finally upgraded to the new power house model, latest on the market. Hope to get the next 6 years out of this one. Even got a smile out of my daughter as they replaced the smashed screen on her iPhone while we waited. Thanks again.
