I have just signed up for my internet provider Pentanet through Alpha Tech PC Solutions. Gary had recommended Pentanet to me, I was previously with Optus and was feed up with my internet continually dropping out. The Technician that came out was prompt and efficient, he set the modem up, all I had to do was just click on the Pentanet internet addsess that they gave me and presto I was on the net. I can't thank Gary enough for recommending Pentanet to me and all the help he has given me in the past.

Would like to say a great big THANKS to Garry from Rockingham, After I drove out to Mandurah and the office was still closed for holidays he returned my call and spoke to me about the problems my laptop envy was having, he suggested that it may be my touchscreen and they can be expensive to replace. He suggested that when I get home to give him a call and he can walk me through on how to disable it to save myself time and money. WOW IT WORKED, I could have been charged $$ for the help but Garry helped out of the kindness of his heart. Thanks again Garry I'm very appreciative

Took my old laptop in for repairs but it was too far gone so bought a new one from Gary at Whitcroft Safety Bay for a very competitive price. Not being a full bottle on computer use (Windows 10 in particular) I took it back to Gary on a couple of occasions for some help and advise. Happy to say all is now perfect. Garry is very accommodating and conscientious. He was very prompt in fixing my laptop and when I couldn't connect to my modem he promptly came to my house and had the problem fixed in a minute, which was my fault not knowing my modem pass word.
