Terrible, worst I have ever experienced, called in to enquire about a small job to fit an accessory ( easy job I would have done myself if I had a ramp), guy behind the desk ( with straggly beard) smirked and said “not interested “ I told him I had all parts etc he smirked and said “not interested “again, told him I would never be back!! Which I won’t with any of my 5 cars. His loss!! Guess he thinks he’s a cut above being “ON TOP” in Buderim

I have always taken my car for service to the dealer but after my car was undriveable yesterday morning and they suggested sending the tow truck, I could see dollar signs flash before my eyes. Mentioned it to a couple of colleagues who suggested i take it to Lance. He gave me the number to Kev's Towing, really helpful and price was a lot less than i imagined for a tow. In short I picked up my car this morning, it is driving like a dream, better than since my last service with the other mob. I will take my car to Buderim Auto Service from here on. Thank you Lance I feel like I have a new car.

Friendly service, but not cheap. Took a while to determine my problem, even though it was a simple issue.
For the record my Lancer was running rough and I thought I blew a head gasket as the car was running very rough and got very hot. Lance dumped my almost full tank of fuel and then checked the coil before doing a head pressure test to find the head was indeed cracked.
