I had a GVM upgrade/lift for my brand new Suzuki Jimny 4WD by one of the most respected mechanical workshops in Brisbane. After that the car was utterly failing and was unusable for many weeks . I was desperately seeking help from various professional mechanics including Suzuki itself just down the road. They were unable to identify the problem and sent me to Suncoast Car Care: "They are able to able to fix problems we are can't....including our own brand." .....and indeed they nailed it down almost in instant. The "high-end workshop" in Brisbane (Ironman 4x4, Rocklea) had simply forgotten to attach

I needed to replace the bulb of my car and do the service of 165.000km, they quoted me $1.100,00, saying the bulb was expensive and also need to replace another thing, without further investigation
I did the job with another mechanic they charged me $400.
In the end of the day the owner explained me the $1100 was the wrost case scenario, but the employee didn't explain that to me once he quoted.
Communication must be improved.

Had an emergency this morning! My son was just about to go on his driving test and the back brake light was out therefore looking like it was cancelled! Very nice guys at Suncoast car care kindly changed the bulb straight away and did it free of charge. Thank you so much guys. Awesome service with a smile !!

Such a brilliant team of staff. My son had to do a driving test & his brake light was out, went to see them & they straight away had a bulb & screw driver ready to go & NO CHARGE! How amazing is that!!! They said its stressful enough for people doing their test without the worry of a bulb- fantastic people- thank you!

I found myself running out of options for getting my RWC & GAS certificates to register my campervan in QLD, it seems campervans and motorhomes are too much trouble for many inspection stations. I found the Suncoast Car Care website and gave them a call, "no problem at all" was their attitude, the process was absolutely painless with a big serve of friendliness and helpfulness added for good measure, genuine people running a genuinely great business!
