To ensure we are committed to the health of the community we offer home visits to our regular patients who are unable to attend the medical centre. Our friendly reception staff will coordinate your home visit with our General Practitioners as soon as possible and will contact you when the doctor will be available.

Services
Our friendly reception staff will attempt to contact you if there is any unforeseen delay or your doctor has been called away. Longer consultation times are available, so please ask our receptionists if you require some extra time. If you or a family's member is required an interpreter service, we can organise this for you, please let us know when you make the appointment.

Our Allied Health Practitioners are passionate about providing their expertise and compassion to help support the health needs of the Braybrook and wider community. Josie has been working professional as a diabetic educator for almost 20 years and is a well-rounded professional.

My Son had an accident on his bike out the front of the Clinic, he proceeded to walk in and ask if someone could help him, his face was all scuffed from landing on the pavement. They asked him if he was a patient when he said No they said they couldn't help him. All he needed was to have some one check his wounds and clean it up for him. I think that is bad Service for a Medical Clinic, Yes I am/Was a Patient at your clinic.

I had a bicycle accident nearby and had bleeding injuries at the time so sought help to check and clean my wounds and double check I didn't have a concussion. I was rudely turned away by the desk staff as I wasn't a regular patient of theirs and had to seek treatment elsewhere. While I understand that there may be concerns about COVID I'm highly disappointed at the fact they failed to give even the most basic of care

Dr Vivian Ndukwe is unprofessional, rude, dismissive, and borderline negligent and harmful. Do not go to for women's or mental health. Only interested in money and not patient's wellbeing. I know of 3+ women who have had very bad experiences with her, one of whom was two weeks ago. She will ignore your symptoms and medical needs based upon bias or stereotypes.
Go to Eleanor Clinic in West Footscray if you'd like to be treated as a patient and person. Much happier with my new doctor.

I went in while I was having a mental health crisis needing a medical certificate and Vivian helped me with the certificate. Despite this, I didn't feel it was appropriate to demand I book in an unrelated routine test at this time, and question me as to why hadn't I done so sooner. To be perfectly clear: I would have found a gentle reminder to be okay i.e. "When you're feeling better can you make an appointment".
After talking to some friends about their experiences here, I was thankful I didn't attempt to discuss my mental health further, and would suggest not to come here for this reason.

Dr Vivian Ndukwe is an excellent health professional. She is empathetic, kind, honest, knowledgeable and is committed to obtain the best health outcome for me. Highly recommend her as a GP! It's a great clinic down to the pathology & reception staff as well as the allied health professionals that work from the premises.

I was recommended this practice by a friend when I moved. Since then I've found Dr Emmanuel and Dr Vivian to be the best doctors I've had.
They both very passionate about the health, well being and education of their patients.
The centre's reception staff are absolutely lovely and are highly effective at what they do.
