Doctor was friendly and efficient. The receptionists were both very cold (to me in particular - emphatise that the system is overwhelmed but they were friendly with other patients). I only "bothered" them when arriving and before leaving (as the doctor said to "show your Medicare card to the receptionist"), so I asked?
One of them looked very annoyed and said "your name?" and the other one (once again) spoke to me while looking at the computer screen and said they didn't need anything from me. While the doctor itself was fine, it wasn't a pleasant visit and I am not sure of the basis of the discrimination

I've been going to Era Health for around 5 years. This is a brilliant medical service with lovely and caring reception staff, two outstanding onsite nurses and skilled doctors who consistently operate from a model of patient care and responsibility. Even when not working in the city (so conveniently located just over Queen St in Bourke St), I will go always ensure I go to Era Health and can't see that changing any time soon!

I've been both a temp staff member and a patient at Era Health. Their care is impeccable and always professional. It truly is a one-stop shop. They look after you from head-to-toe. (I would know because I've utilised their dental and podiatry services!) Even their pfizer vaccination roll-out was seamless and efficient. Well done, Era Health.
