My wife and I have been attending Main Street Dental Clinic for over 20 years, however, today was the first time we have seen Dr. Alex Shen. We both found him to be very calming and informative. The use of the camera to show the state of the teeth was greatly appreciated. Alex was ably assisted by Ally and, of course, Anna was her usual bright and bubbly self at reception.

I had one of my teeth filling done at Main Street Dental Clinic and I was very impressed with their service starting with the reception where Anna was very helpful, polite, friendly and knowlegeable.
Then Dr Sarah and her assistant Sarah were very professional, gentle, caring. They did a wonderful job, no pain, explaining step by step the whole process making you feel comfortable and relexed.
Highly recommended to anyone.

I have been seeing Dr Alex Shen for approximately 12 years and won't see anyone else!!
He is fantastic, explains the issues l have and my options thoroughly.
The after care service is great to.
Anna the receptionist is definitely a people person she has the best personality,
I forget I'm at the dentist when she greets me.

My 83-year-old father was treated by Dr Alex recently - cannot recommend this practice more highly - 10/10 in my book! The receptionist is so friendly and welcoming, and the advice, level of care, welcoming humour, and professionalism were all of the highest standard - my dad was stoked with his care and the result - his gums/teeth needed attention (periodontal disease and subsequent loss of some jaw bone) - the teeth scaling and root planing has really done wonders for his teeth and his bad breath! The pricing is very competitive, and there was no over-servicing or pushy sales! Take a bow - great

Friendly staff have always gone out of their way to make me feel comfortable and have fitted me in when emergency tooth issues have occurred. Both my children have attended this clinic and were put at ease from a young age and as a result they never worried about coming to the dentist. I was always walked through every procedure and told prices upfront. Sarah is the best! So kind and gentle. Throughly recommend Main Street dental

Anna is delightful to deal with at the front desk & makes booking/changing appointments easy. Dr. Sarah & her lovely dental nurse work together well & were extremely patient in somewhat trying circumstances with my young girls. They displayed great professionalism, explained things really well & communicated on a level young children could understand. All in all making the experience so much more pleasant.

What a wonderful experience. From the friendly and very lovely receptionist to the very caring and understanding dentist and dental assistant. I was so pleased with my visit today.
