I had a very bad experience calling the hotel's number.
It was Australian day and a huge storm, my friends tent collapsed and I called up this place to ask if there is still any room left.
The reception guy who answered the phone hung up right after I stated my question. I thought there was some misunderstanding, so I called again. Guess what, the same rude guy hang up again on me right after I asked if there is any room left.
I was lucky to not be a customer of this place. I cannot imagine what the service would be if I was.

Stayed a couple of days in one of their apartments. Nice staff. Easy check-in. Very clean and tidy. All linen and towels (nice and soft) supplied although the sheets could do with some fabric softener. Balcony had ocean glimpses but could do with an update of outdoor setting and overlooked another motel's large carpark. Side gate led to beach and cafes. Pool and spa well maintained with BBQ area as well. Under cover parking for apartments. Walking distance to golf club which served great meals with a view. Great stay.
