Ben welcomed us on arrival, great host. Perfect overnight stay. Family room was spacious. Beds were comfortable and warm. room was lovely and clean. Ensuite was a bit small for the bigger person but adequate. Light breakfast was perfect for the kids. Prices were reasonable. Definitely recommend and will stay again.

Very poor service was told to have my TV and lights turned of my 8:30 pm, had pee on my floor and unwashed sheets from previous person staying in room before me. not to mention having mouldy bread and stale corn flakes for breakfast. Very disappointed, next time I'm passing through ill be better of to sleep in a bush.
