Amazing experience! I wanted to rent my property and Steve and his team were so helpful and always available (sometimes even after hours), as I was going to rent during Covid so was obviously, very stressed. Such a warm experience overalland no worries at all!

Because He thinks he is an elegant guy in this real estate industry but not for me. If you want to rent commercial property from this guy, THINK 100 times!! Be careful! Especially if you are asians and dont know about leases and legals. Better you always have legals advisers and Fight him back.Otherwise, He will find the ways to get your money and want you to pay everythings!
