We contacted Samantha at the last moment the day before our wedding. We definitely set her a challenge with the amount of arrangements we required at such short notice. We didn’t get to see her work until the day but she absolutely knocked it out of the park. Creative with a can do attitude and amazing eye for detail. We will definitely be recommending in the future! 🌺

Bought flowers for my friend’s birthday and my friend got that flowers and msg me with flower picture and it was really disappointing when I looked at the flower picture!! I’m super disappointing with the flowers. It’s quiet different with website picture flowers. I do understand that it can’t be the same 100% excatly like website pictures as the flowers market will be different conditions everyday but i never guessing it would be very different way so much like this I’m so so disappointing with flowers quality also with delivery notifications service.

Credit where credits due the flowers were great and really lovely. But the delivery was appalling. I ordered flowers for Valentine’s Day, after calling throughout the day asking where the flowers were I finally got the answer that they were delivered to the wrong address, completely ruined the day and surprise as I had no flowers to give my partner. They said they would deliver them the very next morning to try and make up for it but still didn’t arrive until 1pm that day. Not happy with the service at all.

As i live in Victoria, i needed a good recommendation for a excellent reliable florist in Gold Coast. i was recommended Garden Gate Florist from a friendwho lives there.. it was a sympathy bouquet for a very dear friend. She was absolutely over the moon with the bouquet and the photos ive seen it showed it was truly beautiful and the floral styling of this bouquet was beautiful. Thank you to Sam. I live in Perth and ordered over the phone a wreath for my dad's funeral that was held in Southport. She created a stunning wreath and added a special dad plaque across the middle. Sam personally delivered it and set it up for me at the church. Totally dependable and I certainly selected the right florist for the job - thanks so much again Sam

I booked a delivery @ 7:30am near Christmas time and my wife finished work he next day @ 3pm. This should have been plenty of time for delivery as the website did not say the delivery may not occur due to previous backlog of orders. I called twice that during the next day asking what is going on and because they were too busy could not make the delivery by 3pm and therefore totally stuffed my surprise for my wife.
The arrangement was extremely good and flowers were gorgeous but communication and notification of how busy the business was at that time was poor.

Good prices, but as a surprise delivery for a friend it wasn't much of a surprise when the courier put it in a very hard to find place through several gates away from the front door and I had to call the florist and then call my friend and tell her where it was placed and even then she could hardly find it! And felt like her place has been invaded as several gates were open and it was left in an obscure place! Guaranteed, it was discreet and hard to find, but as a surprise delivery it didn't work.
Also didn't get any confirmation of when it was arranged and sent. (As per the email)
