We are a trendy newly renovated boutique florist shop conveniently located in the heart of the gold coast, in the Q Super Center, Mermaid Waters. We are excited to present to you a FRESH FLOWER SHOP for in store flower purchases, online flower purchases, telephone purchases and a door to door flower delivery service Monday to Saturday throughout the entire Gold Coast.
Currently due to import restrictions and a growing demand on our local growers we are seeing a shortage on certain varieties of flowers including natives, tropicals & roses.

I recently went into flowers on Q on a Saturday morning for a bunch for a friends birthday. There weren't any premade bunches that were quite what I was after, so the lovely girl there offered to make me one up, I told her my budget and the basic colours I was after and in 10 minutes she had the most beautiful arrangement made up. Highly recommend this florist 👌

On Valentine's Day pre-ordered roses spent thousand dollars for Rose's for the girlfriend only got 4 with heep of green when I was told I'd get 26 or so late put a review. I know only just realised talking about it with girlfriend sorry won't go back spend that much there again. My own fault for not thinking about it then too excited to do something special for my girlfriend only now relised it and we had go back see a picture But it was 2020

I ordered flowers yesterday completely via website and it was seamless. Opted for same day delivery and had no issue at all.

I don't usually post things like this but I just had to comment on the amazing service I received from Flowers on Q. The staff were so helpful and understanding. I had a friend in hospital about to have an operation and I wanted some flowers to be waiting when she came out of theatre because due to Covid she couldn't have visitors. The staff quickly pulled together a floral arrangement and the flowers arrived moments after my friend was taken back to her room. My friend was delighted and the floral arrangement was stunning. Flowers on Q is a truly unique florist. Karen and her team ensure they listen to customer's requests and tailor the arrangements to customer specifications. Not only that, they go the extra mile. I was in hospital recently and a friend ordered flowers for me as I was unable to have visitors . Karen went to so much trouble to ensure they arrived just as i arrived in my room from recovery. What a wonderful surprise!
Moreover, the flowers really lasted ... over a week, which is rare these days.
