My family and I lease a Unit at Rivervale via Anneka. It was a pleasant experience from the beginning until the end of the lease period. Anneka is very helpful and informative. We had a great agent - tenant relationship. As long as I maintain the Unit clean and tidy, I never had any trouble with Burgess Rawson. Anneka also helped us in giving a good reference to our next landlord.

Sarah Calautti took advantage of me being a first home buyer. I've raised the issues about certain problems of the apartment. Been told that it will be 'rectified' after the purchase. Guess what, Sarah didn't even take notice of what our verbal agreement were. This goes for the same with my other neighbours. You guys are lucky I rated a 1 star. I wouldn't hesitate to give a 0 if there is an option. STAY AWAY

Not the best experience with Burgess Rawson. I’m a young first home buyer and Sarah (the agent) just took advantage of me when buying my first apartment. Now after a year I realised there were so many things the agent didn’t tell me.

We had a very negative experience with Burgess Rawson. Part of this was the fault of the owner of the property we rented but the lack of professionalism and poor communication from a number of agents at Burgess Rawson did not help the case. Without going into too much detail we needed to speak to a number of third parties including Australian Consumer Law, the Local Council and multiple certified builders to get anywhere with our concerns. We hope our experience was isolated and does not reflect the company as a whole but we would recommend that anyone thinking about working with this company knows

Our centre has been under the Management of Burgess Rawson for a number of years, I have always found them and especially our Property Manager Jacquee Kelsey to be professional and responsive in all our dealings. I would have no hesitation in recommending them if you are looking for someone to manage your commercial property.

I had the worst experience with one of their agents that manages our property. There was a fault with an aircon unit on the roof which was improperly installed (on a brand new office). The aircon unit overflowed into the office because the drain was not installed. It did not fault until the summer. We sought assistance from the agent and she tried to blame it on us the tenant for not reporting the fault when we moved in - even though the fault was in the roof space so not visible and not apparent during winter. The same agent was also upset because she was called at 4:30 on a Friday afternoon
