Our Directors - siblings Michael and Kristalla Stavrianos - grew up in the industry. Their family had owned and operated real estate businesses for over 40 years, and their interest was sparked at a very early age, thanks to nightly stories at the dinner table. School holidays were often spent helping in the office.
Michael was born into a family that owned and operated real estate businesses for over 40 years. Michael was exposed to the real estate world from an early age and became very interested and inquisitive after hearing his parents' stories every night. He often spent his school holidays helping his parents at the office, which helped instil the importance of hard work and understanding the property market.

The worst experience with property managers we have had. So hard to get a response or even a flicker of interest from them when anything was going wrong in our rental and when we did get a response they were extremely rude and unprofessional. Would avoid at all costs from renting through this agency again.
**update - the property managers have responded below - not all repairs were strata related and the strata group and building manager were far more responsive than Local Agency ever was - so much so that we spoke directly to them. Also we weren't in the apartment for 3 years - we were there

I met Michael for the first time more than 6 years ago when we were considering renovating our home. He was honest, professional and knowledgeable. Although there was no upside for him in this engagement we kept in touch over the years following where he would share invaluable market intel and advice with me - again, on no contingency basis. A fabulous agency to work with. We used Michelle for our rental and had no issues compared to other rental agents we used in the past. We then used Michale to sell our property during covid. He was great - honest, upfront and responsive. I felt he went out of his way to engage with purchasers and supported us throughout the whole process.
