Services
Appointments - We encourage patients to make appointments with the doctor of their choice. While we try to maintain appointment times, some problems take longer to deal with than others. Please be patient and understanding - the doctor will also give you all the time you need.

Your help in requesting extra time for complex and thorough examinations such as annual health checks, multiple problems, surgical procedures, mental health plans and travel health would be appreciated. If you are experiencing chest pain, heavy bleeding or difficulty breathing we recommend that you go to your nearest hospital immediately.
Unexpected, sudden or involuntary loss of bladder control when you sneeze, cough, jump or laugh can hinder quality of life. Always needing to know where the nearest toilet is because you suffer from the urge to urinate so sudden and strong can make outings stressful. Bladder leakage or urinary incontinence is a problematic medical condition that can impact confidence and can be a cause of embarrassment.

The place is run appallingly. Sad because some of the doctors are great (Drs Sharma, Dutta, Jazrawi). And between them the doctors offer consults in languages other than English (including Vietnamese), which is an important service to the community. One of the doctors (dr Tran) advertises a bunch of cosmetic treatments and tried to sell one of us his own products, which I found odd and was not comfortable with. It is almost impossible to get through by phone. Seems to be only one receptionist and she entered my details under the wrong patient last time. They have no e-script system so the only

Dr Fergusson is the best GP we’ve had (and we’ve seen a few!) and Dr Dutar is also outstanding. Always on time which is super rare for any GP. I’ve spent hours at other places waiting for an ‘appointment’. The decor is pleasant and the facilities great. The kids play area keeps little ones in-line. Highly recommend.

Seriously unimpressed with the doctor I just saw. She didn't do a pap test because apparently if you want to discuss more than one thing you have to book a double appointment. I have never heard that before. This was after she was late (even though it was the first appointment of the day) AND she took a phone call during the appointment. To turn away a request for a pap smear seems grossly unprofessional. This clinic is obviously all about the $$. Then they wonder why people don't get tested for these things regularly.

Great clinic. Went to see Dr Tran after I injured my ankle and he was very thorough with his examination and was very compassionate. He gave me lots of helpful information and helped me to get a x-ray that afternoon. Would recommend this clinic to anyone in Canberra 10/10 service!!!

Like all such suburban medical centres this is appointment centre for a group of doctors and selected medical professionals. Pleasant enough waiting room with a separate space for family kids. It sounds trivial but the high counter and even higher computer monitors make it difficult to chat effectively with the booking staff, leading to misunderstandings.

After hurting my wrist at Perisher I saw Dr Tran after hours and he immediately identified the problem, I had damaged my 'anatomical snuff box' which can result in long term arthritis in the hand. He wasted no time in organising an x-ray and a cast. I cannot think more highly of Dr Tran and highly recommended him to anyone looking for a family doctor.

I had severe pain in my abdomen for days and went to several doctors who brushed it off as some temporary ailment and only prescribed me some moderate pain relief. This was hardly a solution. Thankfully Dr Tran at wattle street medical practice saw the true cause behind my pain and referred me to a specialist who was able to correctly diagnose my condition. This practice puts their patients first and the atmosphere is extremely welcoming and pleasant. I would recommend this place to anyone who values excellent healthcare.

I've been attending this practice for years first for myself, and then with my children. I have always found it to be a good practice - problems quickly diagnosed, appointments able to be booked at short notice for the kids. We have seen Dr Dutta and Dr Tran and have liked both.

Receptionists are competent but belligerently unhelpful. Focus of this clinic appears to be on getting patients through the door to bring in money rather than actually providing the holistic care GPs are supposed to provide.
Dr Esther provided the minimum level of service necessary. She did not bother to get a thorough history, and prescribed medication to treat my symptoms rather than discussing potential long-term solutions. My partner saw a male doctor there whose service was similarly superficial.
Would NOT recommend this clinic.
