The worst customer service I have ever been subjected to. We have been waiting on mortgage approval for nearly 9 months. I’ve spoken to the bank they are seeking approval for us with and they say they have requested information from them, and behold, eChoice never requested the information from us so our application has been stagnant and now we… need to reapply. I email eChoice and receive no response, I call eChoice and I’m told ‘I assure you you’ll have a call back by the close of business’ which never happens for about the 4th time. Don’t bother, go

If any one is looking for a broker STAY AWAY from EChoice. This is possible the worst mortgage broker I have ever dealt with. I have been through 3 different people during my time dealing with these guys. I may now lose the opportunity of owning my own home due to the staff not doing there jobs properly by putting paper work in, losing paper work and the lack of communication.

Unfortunately our experience with eChoice was really poor. I was assured the Centrelink payments I receive as I have a son was with a disability we’re accepted by the particular bank eChoice recommended. I followed up with both a phone call and email to confirm carers allowance was considered income as our current lender does not consider it hence… the move to find a new bank. I was assured more then once it was. I've dealt with 2 brokers through echoice and both were extremely helpful. Anthony helped me secure a mortgage as a first home buyer and made everything really easy and quick. I did ask him to secure an extra 20k to allow me to undertake a number of small renovations which I was made to believe had taken place.
It wasn't until I has settled that I found out that this wasn't the case. Whilst I acknowledge that I should have read the contractual fine print more thoroughly I was disappointed that I was made to believe one thing and got something else.

I can't speak highly enough of my experience working with eChoice broker Nirosh Weersinghe. I was initially reluctant at making the move to refinance via online services but after one phone call with Nirosh I knew everything would be fine. He talked me through everything and was extremely professional and most important to me personable. This company has zero integrity. They hound you with unsolicited telemarketing calls and when you request to be removed from their call list they hang up on you. I have even rung the 1300 number and 'Dillon' was less than interested in my plight and after claiming he would remove me from the call list I still get calls. I wouldn't even consider applying for a mortgage through a company with such a low level of respect for peoples privacy.
