THE single worst loan provider I have ever dealt with. Utterly terrible. Loan application started late April. It's now July. They are still asking for documentation and completely whacky stuff. And I mean absolutely crazy things. Low-balled the valuations big time. They simply have no idea what they're doing, constantly come back and ask for new information over and over, and will deliberately low-ball any valuations to try to make sure anything you own is used as collateral. I am borrowing at a 50% LVR and can service the loan three times over. These guys are a total joke. STEER WELL CLEAR!

VERY DISSAPOINTED. Recently we found an industrial unit for our business we went through a broker who used this Lender. We took out a contract and paid deposit on a 35 day pending finance contract. 35 days go by we hear nothing.This is the 1st of the reviews on your page VERY SLOW. Our loan was super high interest rate of 6.54% which we were willing this waa your 2nd review on your page. So my solicitor advised us that the 35 days was up so our broker contacts Better Choice to be told NO on the day pfffft.We have over $500000 equity in our home perfect credit history.
