Vince and his mechanics are very good, and do a very neat and tidy job.
Nothing is too much trouble.
They regularly do my servicing and recently installed rear air bags.
Highly recommend.
Vince is so busy it is sometimes hard to get through on the phone, so worth dropping in to make your booking.

I don't really know how the reviews for this place are so high..
I had an issue with my transmission and took it here for a fix a while back. They needed to source a new part and told me it would be ready in a few days. I kept calling to try confirm when my car would be ready but they were impossible to get a hold of for days, even after when they said it would be ready to pick up, so I had to keep extending my rental car (costly).
Eventually I got my car back and was told it was all fixed, and now around 6 months later I'm having AT light (transmission issues) again.
I keep calling this place

Not often that you see a workshop with all 5 star ratings, but after my experience I understand why. Flexible with bookings (I have to change my appointment twice and Vince was very understanding), good advice, good value, and even washed/tyre blacked my wheels. Vince even charged me less than he quoted because the job ended up taking less time than expected. Will definitely be going back to Brookvale Auto Service.

I recently had an airbag fault with my Mazda 3. Vince was incredibly helpful and was able to diagnose and fix the issue in a timely manner for an honest and reasonable price. Easy to see why this establishment has such an excellent reputation.

Vince has looked after all our family's cars for the past 10 years and I cannot speak too highly of the service we have received over that time. He and his team go above and beyond in their commitment to great service.

Vince deserves this 5 star rating. He knew I needed my van back quickly, I was moving and needed my van which needed a new fuel pump. He went out of his way to get my van fixed so I could have it on time even though he was a man down and very busy. The pleasant surprise was his fair price. It is so good to pick up your car and pay less than you expected. Friendly and exceptional service. Highly recommended

Im new to the area, so i just googled around for a mechanic and found these guys by chance. I called them to get a rough price on a gearbox rebuild for a car I was interested in buying. Vince called his suppliers and then spoke to a gearbox rebuilder aswell and called me back explaining not only the cost but gave me a run down of potential issues with that car and how difficult it would be to source parts. He was informative, extremely polite and explained everything in layman's terms. It genuinely felt like Vince was trying to give me solid advice instead of just trying to get some business. After
