My partner and I got our booster yesterday afternoon and overall very impressed with the speed and efficiency and the staff were absolutely lovely. However one small opportunity to improve was right at the start - the lines for which vaccine were not clearly indicated. Once we joined the (shorter) line three others realised they were in the wrong line and joined us. Overall, though, fantastic!

So impressed with how this clinic is providing care whilst keeping everyone covid safe! The appointment and vaccination were quick and informative. The system of outdoor check in and holding area with line up per 10 min appointment slot was easy and effective during an incredibly busy time. Staff were lovely.

Great family practice. I can’t fault their service, do wish they would bulk bill though for their consistent patients. But can understand why they don’t. Dr Hii is wonderful very thorough and caring. Have been seeing her now for 25 years. Have moved out of the area but still come back to see Ann and now my daughter is bringing my grandson for check ups. If you can get in you will definitely keep coming back.

Walked in for my COVID vaccination today and the staff was courteous and kind. I was really nervous getting the vaccination, however the registered nurse was very professional and explained everything to me and told me everything will be fine. I then told the vaccination without hesitation. Thank you to the great team at Sunnybank Hills Medical Centre.

Great service, best doctors, however I am not a fan of staff asking a patient to confirm their DOB and address whilst the waiting room is filled with people. This is a serious privacy issue. I refuse to state it and instead flash my license for verification.
Other than that, this medical centre is fast, efficient and has been around for years. Conveniently located.
