Katherine was such excellent ! We couldn't be happier with her service. Her communication was so fast and efficient. She even reviewed our contract when she was away and promptly replied us on Sunday morning! She even offered to talk to us on Sunday.
We were amazed she is so proactive. Before signing our contract we realised some issue with the strata. They didn't allow pets. We were super stressed. Katherine was so helpful she offered to call fair trading to see if there is anyway around it. We really appreciate her going out her way to help us.
